Throughout а system of ratios, we help our clients for proper management of major business cycles in the company: inventory, purchasing, receivables and payables.

BUDGETING & FORCASTING

We help transform budgeting and forecasting into a dynamic process within strategic planning. Through the use of more flexible budgets, our clients can better react to change and use the budgeting process in decision making.

PROJECT EVALUATION & CAPITAL BUDGETING

Forem provides professional support in evaluation of projects or capital assets. Together with our clients, we design models for projection of future changes in free cash flows, reinvestment rates and capital structure. We compute appropriate discount rates involving different risk factors and levels of expected returns. We then evaluate future cash flows using a system of economic criteria like Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, payback period, etc.

ACTIVITY BASED MANAGEMENT (ABM)

Using detailed business analysis of important business activities, we help our clients to improve strategic and operation decisions. Activity based management (ABM) increases the accuracy of cost information by more precise linking of overheads and other indirect costs to products or customer segments. Traditional accounting systems distribute indirect cost using bases such as direct labour hours, machine hours or materials used. ABM tracks overhead and other indirect cost by activity, which can then be traced to products and customers.

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

In order to facilitate sound decision making based on up-to-date relevant data, we help our clients to develop customized management reporting tools, which can provide them with all the information they need in a compact and easy to process format. We also assist in defining the entire management reporting process, including sources of information, responsible persons and information flow.
