Eltrade Company will acquire the assets of Kremikovtzi

On the fourth attempt to sell the productive assets and the site of Kremikovtzi "Eltrade Company" was the only candidate to participate in the auction. The company will acquire the assets without bidding against the starting price of 316 million, which is 45% lower than the first auction in September last year.
"Eltrade Company was established on the 8 of March this year with a capital of 20 thousand BGN with main activity trade with ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its sole owner is a 26-year-old graduate civil engineer Lachezar Varnadzhiev, who signed the documents in the auction.
